These terms govern bookings of stays and services offered by Le Vacoa (Adopte Un Toit).
Accommodation is booked online through our booking engine. Offers and services (treatments, wellness days) are paid online by card via Stripe. A booking is confirmed once payment (or the deposit) is received.
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Rooms start at €75 a night. Any tourist tax is [À CONFIRMER].
Cancellation more than 30 days before the stay: deposit refunded, less a €50 handling fee. Cancellation between 0 and 30 days before the stay: no refund.
Check-in from [À CONFIRMER] and check-out before [À CONFIRMER]. A personalised welcome is provided; please let us know your estimated arrival time.
The data collected (identity, contact details, stay dates) is used to handle your request and your stay. It is hosted on the publisher's infrastructure and shared with our processors Lodgify (booking) and Stripe (payment). You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data by writing to c.leclezio@adopteuntoit.com.
These terms are governed by French law.
